SINGAPORE (4 May 2007)—As Singaporean singer Sun Ho returned to home ground to plug her new album, local Chinese publication, Shin Min Daily reported on a short interview done with the jet setting star.

The newspaper revealed that the media is riveted as Sun’s contract is soon drawing to an end. Her music company, Warner Music Taiwan, has spared no costs in its efforts to hone their latest inclusion, Sun. Besides holding a concert for her in Nangang 101, Warner also celebrated her birthday.

Sun, who is in the middle of discussions with two music companies, expressed her view that a company that believes in its singers is more important than the size of the company.

Besides working hard on the promotional blitzes for the release of her Chinese album Embrace, Sun has also been deep in preparation for her first English album, together with acclaimed producer, Wyclef Jean. Sun also told the newspaper reporter that she has a wilder image in the English album, which is a breakaway from her Mandarin pop image. The album is targeted for release in the second half of 2007.
