Singapore Embraces Sun
By Greenie Hsiao and Sharon Chew
SINGAPORE (3 May 2007)—Local pop star, Sun Ho, was back in town on a promotional for her latest album release, Embrace.
Local entertainment magazine i-Weekly reported that the theme song Embrace was inspired by a touching homemade video found on “You Tube.” That particular video featured a youth who requested for a free hug which touched the singer deeply. As such, her MV director, Chen Hong Yi, based the theme song’s MV concept on that video to highlight real-life embraces that take place in everyday life. Another song, “Spring’s Smile” used the four seasons to depict the changes that occur in love and relationships.
The music videos for all of Sun’s new songs are available at Singapore KBox. |
